Write To Dr. Senator NOW

I suppose I shouldn't be surprised, but Bill Frist is making threatening noises about re-structuring the Senate Intelligence Committee in order to prevent the committee from doing its job of providing oversight of the highly-controversial NSA domestic surveliiance program.

I hope you will want to read all the information and links in this post before acting, but the committee vote on whether to conduct an investigation into this program is scheduled for this Tuesday, March 7th. So, your action is needed NOW.

Many of you reading this blog are from Tennessee -- I see the logs. If you believe, as I do, that the composition of the Senate Intelligence Committee has well served this nation and its security interests for the past thirty years, then I ask you to write to Senator Frist immediately.
