It started getting a little warm in the condo about 4:00 this afternoon, even though the projected high was only supposed to be around 62F, so I opened the balcony door a smidge. I was doing a little net surfing (until Cadillac Man barged in like a head of elephants -- I'll give him that: He's not quiet!), when suddenly I hear a panicky female voice, cursing, outside. I hear, "... left the door open..." and "... the cat is gone!"
So, I go out on the balcony, and yell, "Miss!" hoping to attract her attention; I can see now she's on her cell phone with someone. She comes nearer, and I ask her if she's missing a little black kitty. She says no -- she's looking for a big cream/brown manx -- but she says her cat is good buddies with the little black kitty, as it's been hanging out near her condo, too (seems I'm not the only one feeding the little black kitty!). I told her where I last knew the little black kitty to be hiding out, and she thanked me, and went to check it out.
A few minutes later, there's a knock at my door, It's the young lady, holding a huge, beautiful cream/brown manx. I wish I'd have thought to ask her if I could snap a photo. Dang.
