Sarah Deere -- The soft focus is an old Photoshop trick. I just made a layer copy of the original, applied Gaussian blur, and lowered its opacity. :) But yeah, I think that one's pretty adorable. .
Buckeye -- Thanks; that's why I like that one, too. It's quite a challenge to get a photo of him full-on, face-front. But I see him like this all the time! Usually, I just get the top of his head... he typically "hides" all the white bits (chin, lower face, mouth) when the shutter falls.
And yeah, he's a slutty li'l love sponge. :) He lives for pettin'! .

That pic of Curly looking in from the porch isn't even nominated?
I'm pretty fond of the middle one - all soft, and the colors so lovely and Curly sleeping like I wish I could....

KKid -- You mean this one?

I like them all, but the middle one gets my vote.

All gorgeous in their own way, but here's another favorite of mine from the archives http://jprestonian.blogspot.com/2006/07/curly-misses-you.html
Third, curious Curly in shadow!!
--Friend of Cats
Oh, I like them all. The third one is fun because he is so intent on the pine needle(?). The shadows, colors and pose work nicely together.
Can you teach Curly to use the camera and photograph YOU?

And then, there's the one at the top of this post...

I like the one at the top - such pretty green eyes.
But the bottom picture shows the curious catness of him.
