I went to the Middle Tennessee Career Center again today... I have a lot of bad thangs to say about this taxpayer-funded state enterprise, but, not today (maybe later, though). Why?
Today, they zoned in and hooked me up with an inroad into
this job, which sounds like me, all ovah. Well, except for the degree, and the programming skillz, of course. Cross them fingers, folx.
They also hooked me up with inroads into a job as a customer service rep for two different firms -- AISCO, a commercial
laundry linen service place (near the condo, btw), and Temporary Alternatives... the latter is a vague, inbound phone support position for something. All they said is to show up any morning this week dressed for an interview, and if hired, it pays $9/hr., and is full time.
Also, I have an interview at CVS for a photo lab monkey position on Friday morning.
Now... who wants some Curly?
