More Buttload, Part II

More old cameras at the Main Branch of the NPL.

Ah, yes -- I remember when Nashville had a so-called liberal daily newspaper! It shuttered not long after I arrived here, though.

Nice.

One of the many photos in the Civil Rights collection room.

The Tennessee State Capitol, just up the hill from the library.

A. Fantastic photos, bubba. You have a good eye.

B. The Banner was liberal? Did they do that while I was at lunch all those years? Heh. (I almost thought you were talking about the Tennessean before Gannett bought it.) You don't know how weird it is to see the Newstot (we never called him Newsboy, although we were *told* to) anywhere else. You'd laugh if you knew how many times people walked headlong into that thing (*clonk*) whilst coming into the newsroom.

Still sending up good wishes for yer new soon-to-be status as Jeffraham, Boy Librarian (ta-dah!)!
