I bought a cheap webcam, as a prelude to having the kitties on live, during the day. Eventually, I want several cams, and at least one that can be moved over the web by people who I will assign administrative rights for such a thang.The capture above was out of Yahoo!IM. I don't want to use Yahoo!IM, but Skype won't let anyone see the cam's stream, 'cause my audio drivers are futzed right now (long story; will have to completely reinstall WinXP on this box as soon as I find my recovery disc).
If you know of good cam software solutions, please tell me in comments.
Here's what I need:
1.) Ability to link to the cam feed;
2.) Can handle more than one cam at a time;
3.) Will allow for motion control of at least one camera with that capability.

Try this guy. He has had as many as 6 catcams running at one time or another. One or two of them could be remotely controlled... I think.
