You could give Curly a bit of a haircut. Thin the fur down so the breeze can get to his skin, but leave enough to protect him from sunburn.
Or place a fan to blow on his favorite lounging spot.
A marble top coffee table is ideal (marble stays cool.) Two cats I know knock everything off our coffee table on the first hot day of summer, and wait for me to set up the pedestal fan.

I guess 95 degrees also includes high humidity? Which makes it feel hotter.
