... at nearly 3 p.m., even. Three-egg omelette w/pork snausage, onions, shredded mild cheddar and Parmesan. Lots of pepper, both red and black. I will not eat again, today.
UPDATE: Made the same meal today, but instead of the pork snausage, used ~1.5oz of thin-sliced smoked turkey breast (sandwich style). OMFG -- so much tastier!
