Much consternation at the plant on Tuesday, as T-Mobile dudes climb the cell tower inside our perimeter. Consternation, 'cause we have the only oldest known breeding pair of ospreys in the region nesting in this tower's top tier. It is against Federal law to disturb the nest, but they somehow got permission to do what they were doing. Off to the bottom left, you can see one of the unhappy ospreys, circling warily.
