They spent months interrupting water service and invading privacy, looking for water leaks that apparently never existed, or are still leaking on. Their solution to that? Double the price of the laundry machines. .
That sound that I heard out my open bedroom window? The one I assumed was an overeager leaf-blower or string trimmer?
