Here, he asks dad to keep scratching his noggin, and/or let him out on the sunny balcony this morning. It's up to nearly 50°F, before noon. It's going to be a good day!I'm going to work on the HOA prototype some more, and by the end of the week, I should be ready to shop the idea around to a few other condos/apartments. Call it entreprenurial community building. I'll do similar deals with other places, or have them pay me up front and monthly, while they sell ads and collect the ching on that.
