I wish I could have heard the sounds he made accompanying his pleading gestures to get in! He looks like a little boxer - in good condition and ready to go!
He only pretended to lose interest becuase he thinks you're a bacon and gravy tease and he's just giving you a taste of your own medicine.
BTW bacon and gravy has medicinal properties for cats and I'm not typing this because my big grey boy kitty is thretening to perferate my ankle if I don't put in a good word for his companion in paws. No, really. According to our long hair, it helps greatly with that unsightly hairball problem. :)
