Would The Truth Be Sufficient?

I have never been called to serve on a jury in my 48 years. I guess I was due, given the times I've been a property owner and a voter.

However, given the generous $10/day stipend that would go halfway to paying my rent and no more, do you think it sufficient to say that, hey, I haven't had a steady paycheck since May, 2008, and I'm trying to start two businesses right now that might actually pay my rent? Or should I get even truthier, and say, "Gee, I hope I get to acquit a drug defendant, as I believe in jury nullification, and there are laws I think an impartial jury needs to help remove from the books by such actions," or... just tell 'em to fuck off?
