January: Everything from Beware the tongue of doom to hiring myself. Of course, hiring myself was not my best job, ever. I think I made $20. :)
February: Gifts from KCMO, Superbowl-predicting kitty, and Dick shot his buddy in the face. Curly looks like Liev Schreiber.
March: In like a lamb, out like a lamb. Pretty weather, mild flu, Curly enjoys catnip, and says goodbye to Princess.
April: Tornadoes in the area, my first guest-bloggin' appearance at NashvilleIsTalking, and the beginning of the end of the Toshiba notebook.
May: Toshiba dies, I break out the ancient Toshiba, and fight for my right to Intertubes! And then, Dr. Barmpot Shouty-Crackers takes up a collection, and send me this. Bless her heart! The rest of the month is pretty much catblogging and guitarblogging.
June: Curly and I both celebrate birthdays and endure sweltering heat without air conditioning. We also witness the death of pine trees. I also did an insightful piece comparing Tom Delay to Yearly Kos.
July: Much hiatus action, as my hijacked connection keeps evading me, and I make more trips to the Richland Branch of the NashPubLib to stay in touch (since I also helped my landlord move across town, depriving me of free, near-by WiFi).
August: More sweltering heat, I discover that my still cam's video is not so bad, and the fire department starts showing up for no apparent reason. They drop in once a month now, it seems! I also take votes on favorite Curly photos.
September: Still having difficulties staying connected, but surviving, thank to y'all! I start riding the bus more often (daily, in search of a job!), and hanging out at Cafe Coco. Also, the beginning of regular use of the library. And I don't remember if I mentioned it, but this job I applied for was with a local Sinclair Broadcasting Group station.
October: I get a WaPo link for writing about Mark Foley ReNAMBLAcans, and Curly is fat, and has a handsome coat. I also get smoked by hits when Echidne links to me while babysitting at Eschaton. The full meltdown of the GOP is apparent to all, early in October, too. GOP = Good On Pancakes.
November: I talk about religion, and then get religion. Life radically improves, and I just want to thank all the wingnuts for 11/7/2006, again! I do my second guest-bloggin' stint for NashvilleIsTalking, and meet three local bloggers in the process. I started making gravy, too. And local Atriots gather for beers and fellowship.
December: Off the frickin' charts! Entreprenurial efforts start to pay off, the FCC comes to town, the impossible happens, Blogdiva uses my sthuff twice in two weeks, and LarryElvis enters the building.
